Your big day is coming up, and there’s so much to think about! Between choosing the perfect location, hiring the best photographer, and tasting wedding cakes, it’s easy to forget about the little things. Beautiful bridal accessories are accents, complements to your gorgeous gown and can give a sophisticated, beautiful look to the simplest of weddings.

There are beautiful bridal accessories to fit every personality, and for whatever style you choose for your ceremony. Are you going big and glamorous? That gorgeous up-do will be fantastic with some elaborate pins, flowers, or other finishing touches. Do you really want that fairytale wedding you’ve been dreaming about since childhood? Tiaras and or gorgeous chandelier earrings are great accessories that will help you live out those dreams.

If you’re having trouble deciding what bridal accessories will be appropriate for your wedding, here are some questions to consider:

What accessories would go perfect with my wedding dress? Do I want loud accessories that will give a little more style to my look, or low key accents that wont overpower my gorgeous gown or be distracting?
Do I need to buy accessories for my bridesmaids as well? Do I want matching accents, or slightly different for more variety?
Will my accessories match the decorations throughout the venue, and the theme of the ceremony? Should I go with colorful accents that match, or perhaps a silver or gold that will go with any hue or color I choose for the decorations?

Going monochromatic, or sticking with the same color in different hues, is a great way to add a more sophisticated feel without looking too “busy.” Using accessories that are neutral colors will allow for some versatility, easing the planning process a bit.
